Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind once an order is placed or goods have left our premises.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will repair, replace, or refund as required by law.
If something is wrong with your order:

Email justingao@mac.com within 48 hours of delivery/collection.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Items not eligible for return include: perishable or consumable goods, items opened or not in original condition/packaging, gift cards, and custom/special orders (unless required by law).
Unless required by law, shipping costs are non-refundable and you’ll be responsible for return shipping on any approved return.
